Danni has 10 years experience in the Financial Industry. She joined the Prime Investments Group after completing her studies at Rhodes University. During her time at the Group she has solidified her industry knowledge and expertise in operational and investment administration processes, project management, product administration and client services with an emphasis on our offshore business.

An accomplished leader and finance expert with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, Jonathan has served as the CFO of SABMiller and ABInBev (Africa and South Africa) for 20 years. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jonathan has worked in multiple African countries, managing large teams and showcasing his expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, and people management. Jonathan currently holds non-executive director positions on six boards across Africa, including Prime Financial Services, Zambeef in Zambia, and Cavalier in South Africa. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record, Jonathan Kirby continues to drive growth and strategic development across various sectors.

Rudolph is a qualified Chartered Accountant who completed his articles at BDO and subsequently gained experience in the financial services sector with KPMG. He has over 11 years’ experience in public practice performing a variety of engagements, ranging from client accounting services to audit and assurance engagements. Prior to joining the Group, Rudolph also managed an accounting practice striving for excellence in service delivery.

Recognised for exceeding investment and asset imperatives in the corporate financial services environment, Israel Bhailall holds a BCom (Honours) in both Investment Management and Economics. With over 20 years of experience in global organisations operating in financial and shared services (including Sanlam and ABSA), Israel specialises in the development and implementation of robust business strategies in operational environments, creating efficiencies within departmental divisions through system and resource optimisation. Israel brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and a passion for sustainable and quality service delivery.

Monica is a recent addition to the team, bringing 14 years of asset management experience to Prime Investments. Throughout her career, Monica has excelled in various roles across the UT and LISP environments. Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and Organisational Psychology and is currently completing her Honours degree in the same field. Monica is highly skilled in implementing processes and ensuring financial structures and her passion and dedication to developing and empowering individuals make her an asset to our Group. Eager to learn and apply her extensive knowledge, she is committed to contributing to the growth of the business, enhancing staff development, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Coming from an audit background, Hano brings with him a process-driven approach to financial systems administration. His passion and determination make him a valuable asset to the team. He is eager to learn and apply his expertise to help grow the Group and its clients. As John Maynard Keynes famously said: “An economy is run by people, not numbers.”

Simore started her articles in 2013 where she gained extensive litigation experience. Whilst enjoying labour, privacy and family law, Simore excelled at commercial drafting. In 2017, Simore joined the Prime Investments Group where she currently heads up the Legal Department. Her main areas of responsibility are to draft and negotiate contracts, provide business-focused legal advice, identify legal risks and to keep all departments abreast of developments in laws and regulations that may potentially affect the Group.
